Thank you. Good afternoon, and welcome to LiveXLive Media's business update and financial results conference call for the company's fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2020. Joining me on today's call are Rob Ellin, CEO and Chairman; and Mike Zemetra, CFO. Since we last reported, a lot has changed. Between the combination of COVID and the social unrest, surrounding racial injustice, there has been a meaningful impact on the live music industry.
