Thank you, Purvi, and good morning, everyone.
I'm going to briefly cover our performance, our recent internalization announcement and our outlook for the year ahead. But before I get into that, I want to take the opportunity to introduce our new CFO, Serena Wolfe, who joined us in December and who you'll be hearing from later on the call.
We are thrilled to have Serena on our team. She's a respected industry veteran who joined us from EY where she had a distinguished career holding a variety of leadership positions. And she's already made a meaningful and immediate impact during her first few months here at Annaly thanks to her deep financial acumen and leadership experience. And we'll certainly benefit from her expertise in both real estate and financial matters going forward. So we're really excited to have her here.
Turning to our results.
We're extremely pleased with the strong finish that we delivered
