Good morning, and thank you for joining Sachem Capital Corp's third quarter 2019 conference call. On the call with us today is John Villano, CPA, Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Sachem Capital. Yesterday, November 14, the company announced its operating results for the three and nine months period ended September 30, 2019 and its financial condition as of that date.
