Thank you. Good afternoon and thank you all for joining us today either by phone or by webcast for our discussion about eHealth, Inc.'s third quarter 2019 financial results. On the call this afternoon, we will have Scott Flanders, eHealth's Chief Executive Officer; and Derek Yung, Chief Financial Officer.
