Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you all for joining us for the Sachem Capital First Quarter 2019 Business Update Call. [Operator Instructions]

And now to get us started with opening remarks and introductions, I'm pleased to turn the floor to Sachem Investor Relations, David Waldman. Welcome, David.

Good morning and thank you for joining Sachem Capital Corp Second Quarter 2019 Conference Call. On the call with us today is John Villano, CPA, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Sachem. On Wednesday, August 14th, the Company announced its operating results for the three and six months period ended June 30th 2019, and its financial condition as of that date.
