Good afternoon and welcome to Zovio's First Quarter 2019 Earnings Conference Call. Today's call is being recorded. At this time, I would like to turn the call over to Ms. Dori Abel, Vice President of Corporate Communications. Please go ahead.

Joining me on the call today are Andrew Clark, Founder President and Chief Executive Officer; and Kevin Royal, Chief Financial Officer.
