Good day, and welcome to the NIC 2019 First Quarter Earnings Announcement. Today's conference is being recorded. At this time, I'd like to turn the conference over to Angela Davied. Please go ahead.

Thank you, operator. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to NIC's first quarter earnings call. Joining us on the call today are NIC's, CEO, Harry Herington; and Steve Kovzan, NIC's Chief Financial Officer.
