Good day and welcome to the Summit Wireless Technologies Q4 2018 Update Call. Today's conference is being recorded. At this time, I would like to turn the conference over to Mary Magnani. Please go ahead.
Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. I'd like to welcome you to Summit Wireless fourth quarter 2018 update call. Please note, there is an accompanying slide presentation and webcast that can both be found on the IR section of our site. With us today, our CEO, Brett Moyer; and Interim Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Summit Wireless, Michael Howse.

Thank you, Mary and good morning, everybody. I'd like to thank you for joining our call today. Q1 has been a great quarter for us in terms of developing the business and moving it forward. Started out with a very strong announcement from LG, partnering with us on their OLEDs and their Nano TVs, and we'll talk more about that later in the presentation.
And then yesterday, we wrapped up the quarter with a partnership announcement with THX, which is the audio platform standard George Lucas developed. And we're targeting that towards the games. To that extent in a couple slides, I will have Michael Howse, who, for those who have followed the companies, they know I was looking for to target this market. We added Michael to both the board and the management team to help guide us to this market. And this is the first of what we expect to be more announcements coming out around the gaming industry. All
