Good day, everyone, and welcome to today's NorthWestern Corporation First Quarter 2018 Financial Results Conference. Just a reminder that today's call is being recorded. Thank you, Laura. Good afternoon and thank you for joining NorthWestern Corporation's financial results conference call and webcast for the quarter ending March 31, 2018. NorthWestern's results have been released, and the release is available on our website at We also released our 10-Q, premarket this morning. On the call with us today are Bob Rowe, President and Chief Executive Officer; and Brian Bird, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. We also have several other members of the management team with us in the room today to address your questions.
