Thank you, operator and welcome everyone to part one of our Q1 investor call for liberty global. The next hour or so we'll be focusing on our European operations for liberty global group shareholders. And then as a reminder, right after this call, we'll be rolling

Into a similar call for lilac shareholders, which of course, you are all welcome to join even if you don't own shares yet.

I've got a lot of folks on this call today and we've got a lot to talk about. So I'll do a quick overview of the results. And Charlie Bracken will do drill down into the financials briefly, and then we'll get right into your questions for both speaking from slides today, so I hope you've been able to access those, there's quite a bit of information that we're going to be covering, always easier if you have those in front of you.

I'm going to begin on slide four, wishes and highlights. There's good news in this quarter. And as you'll see, we have work to do in a number of areas, which we'll talk about. I'll start with
