Thank you, Quynh, welcome everyone to our 2015 third quarter conference call. Before I get into the third quarter results, I'd like to welcome Quynh McGuire as our new Director of Investor Relations. Prior to joining Koppers, she has held various roles in corporate finance for approximately 25 years, including 15 years of experience in IR.

We're happy to have Quynh with Koppers and look forward to her contribution to the company. Our previous Director of Investor Relations, Mike Snyder is retiring from Koppers after 26 years with the company. Mike has been our Investor Relations Director since our IPO in 2006 and also a good friend who I will miss.

Michael continues to be involved however, with our investor relations function for the next several months as part of the transition. I would like to thank Mike for his years of service with Koppers and wish him the best in retirement.
