Natural gas utility $OGS reported a higher quarterly profit as rate increases and customer growth in its Oklahoma and Texas regions boosted margins. For 2Q16, the company reported earnings of $20.3MM or $0.38 per share, compared with $12.1MM, or $0.23 per share a year ago.
