Nursing and rehabilitative care services provider $ENSG reported a decline in 1Q16 earnings due to higher costs and expenses. Net income fell to $9.17MM or $0.18 per share from $15.17MM or $0.31 per share last year. Revenue grew to $383.23MM from $306.53MM. Adjusted EPS increased to $0.34 from $0.32.
