$PRGO signed a licensing agreement with Highland Pharmaceuticals for its Tarex methamphetamine blocking technology and the distribution rights of Zephrex-D. Zephrex-D, used for stuffy nose and sinus, was developed using the Tarex technology. This agreement is part of $PRGO's ongoing efforts in the fight against meth drug abuse, the company said.
