$KLAC 4Q15 PR: Today announced that its board of directors has authorized an increase in the level of the company's quarterly dividend from $0.50 to $0.52 per share. This represents a 4% increase vs. prior quarterly dividend & is the seventh quarterly dividend increase since KLA-Tencor first instituted its dividend policy in April 2005.
