Professional services company $ACN said it has acquired end-to-end digital services company MOBGEN headquartered in the Netherlands and with offices in Spain. MOBGEN develops holistic solutions with a focus on user experience, for both mobile devices and the Internet of Things. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
