In Sept. 2015, $D's subsidiary Virginia Power entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of a solar development project in North Carolina from Morgans Corner for approx. $47MM. The acquisition is expected to close in 4Q15. The project is expected to be placed into service by 1Q16-end and cost approx. $50MM and expected to generate approx. 20 MW.
