$CTL said it appointed Dean Douglas as president of sales and marketing and will report to Glen Post, III, CEO and president. Bill Hurley has been named CMO, reporting to Douglas. Both executives will join the company Feb. 16. Douglas will be responsible for revenue generation and Hurley will be responsible for marketing strategy and execution.
