Warehouse retailer $COST reported July 2016 net sales of $8.65Bil versus $8.64Bil in July 2015. Due to timing of Independence Day holiday, July 2016 results included one less sales day in the US, which negatively impacted sales by about 2.5%. For the 48 weeks ended July 31, net sales grew 2% to $107.16Bil versus $104.95Bil in same period 2015.
