Pepco's capital expenditures for year-to-date 2015 were $374MM. These expenses were mainly related to capital costs associated with distribution & transmission services. The expenses include an allocation by $POM of hardware & software expenditures that mainly benefit Power Delivery and are allocated to Pepco when the assets are placed in service.
