Medical devices manufacturer $VAR reported 2Q16 net earnings of $97MM or $1.01 per diluted share compared to $106MM or $1.05 per diluted share in 2Q15. Revenue was $758.8MM compared to $759.4MM last year. Non-GAAP net earnings were $1.09 per diluted share in 2Q16.
