Energy company $COP reported a wider 2Q16 loss due to lower revenue. Net loss widened to $1.07Bil or $0.86 per share from $179MM or $0.15 per share last year. Revenue fell to $5.58Bil from $8.66Bil. Adjusted loss per share was $0.79 compared to EPS of $0.07 a year ago.
