$PWR said it expects CapEx for 2016 to be approx. $200-220MM, which compares to 2015 CapEx of $210MM. The company stated that it closed 11 acquisitions during 2015 for an aggregate consideration consisting of $110.4MM in cash and $10.1MM in securities, which enhance its Electric Power and Oil and Gas infrastructure service capabilities.
