New York-based REIT $SLG reported a decline in 1Q16 earnings due to higher depreciation and amortization expenses as well as lower gain on sale of discontinued operations. Net income slid to $23.22MM or $0.23 per share from $43.28MM or $0.44 per share last year. Total revenues grew to $455.44MM from $396.3MM.
