$HCP said its overall year-over-year same-store cash net operating income (NOI) grew at 4% in 2Q16. Excluding HCR ManorCare and the other 28 assets included in the spin to QCP, HCP RemainCo generated solid year-over-year same-store cash NOI growth of 4.4% for 2Q16. Occupancy was at a new all-time high of 98.7%, and RIDEA growth was 5.6% in 2Q16.
