$ADS, a leading global provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions, posted a 20% YoverY revenue growth in 3Q15 while EPS decreased 24% to $2.08 due to regulatory settlement charges. Core EPS, excluding these charges, was up 14% to $3.95. Unfavorable ForEx rates reduced YoverY revenue and core EPS by about $59MM and $0.13, respectively.
