$FTR had approx. $29MM in higher adjusted operating expenses in 3Q15 versus 2Q15. On a sequential basis, approx. half of the increase in operating expenses was from either one-time items in the quarter. The company had a slight change in sales channel mix that also led to a modest increase in customer acquisition expense.
