$ESRX said that in light of $ANTM's lawsuit and following accounting guidance, the company changed the amortization to end with the current contract in 2019. This increased 1Q16 intangible asset amortization by $10.5MM. In future quarters, this amount will increase by approximately $32MM. The company said that this change has no impact on EBITDA.
