$AIR said it appointed Timothy Romenesko to serve as its CFO and Vice Chairman, effective Aug. 1, 2016. Romenesko will replace Michael Sharp, who is retiring from $AIR after 20 years with the company. Romenesko currently serves as its Vice Chairman and COO.
