Technology platform company $PYPL reported a rise in 2Q16 earnings driven by higher transaction revenues as well as a 28% growth in total payment volume. Net income rose to $323MM or $0.27 per share from $305MM or $0.25 per share last year. Net revenues grew to $2.65Bil from $2.3Bil. Non-GAAP EPS increased to $0.36 from $0.33.
