Guggenheim analyst Shar Pourreza questions $SO whether it is still producing syngas at the Kemper facility. CEO Thomas Fanning says that the company went to about 30% capacity on producing syngas. Kemper is trying to ramp up productivity and that should get to a level to produce electricity somewhere in the 60-70% capacity level.
