Darrin Peller of Barclays Capital asks about challenges in the international markets. $PAY said it was more of a macro driven slower demand than anything else. The company did not see irrational pricing activity in 3Q16. Latin America is facing issues and demand is a problem. There is smaller tender volume and $PAY is feeling the impact from this.
