Effective for 2015, $AFL entered into an outsourcing agreement with a technology & consulting corporation to provide mainframe computer operations, distributed mid-range server computer operations and related support for Aflac Japan. As of Sept. 30, 2015, the agreement has a remaining term of 5.3 years and an aggregate remaining cost of JPY37.9Bil.
