Hospital operator $HCA reported a rise in 4Q15 earnings driven by solid volume and higher revenue per equivalent admission as same facility case mix, or acuity, increased 2.1%. Net income rose to $582MM or $1.40 per share from $527MM or $1.19 per share last year. Revenue grew to $10.25Bil from $9.64Bil.
