$KIM raised 2015 FFO per share guidance to $1.54-1.57 from prior forecast of $1.52-1.56, while narrowing its 2015 adjusted FFO per share outlook to $1.44-1.46 from prior estimate of $1.43-1.46. Also, $KIM's BoD lifted quarterly cash dividend by 6.3% to $0.255 per share, payable on Jan. 15, 2016 to shareholders of record Jan. 4, 2016.
