$HRB's revenues for 2Q16 decreased by 4.6% from the previous year quarter, due primarily to the negative impact of foreign currency exchange rates. Revenues in its international operations were essentially flat to slightly up in local currency dollars, but the decline in rates since the prior year resulted in lower U.S. dollar revenues.
