Commercial real estate company $HF said it has arranged $170MM in financing for the 70 Columbus, a 545-unit, Class A apartment tower in New Jersey. $HF worked on behalf of Ironstate Development and Panepinto Properties to secure the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through Northwestern Mutual Real Estate.
