During 3Q15, $MNST's General & administrative expenses as a percentage of net sales were $67.0MM, or 8.8% of net sales, compared to $58.7MM, or 9.2% of net sales, for the corresponding quarter last year. Payroll expenses were up $7MM due partially to increased staffing in connection with the Coca-Cola transaction.
