$MUSA said as of March 31, 2016, long-term debt was $657.8MM, while cash and cash equivalents totaled $195.7MM at 1Q16-end. Net debt at quarter-end, including cash and restricted cash, was about $361MM. Also during 1Q16, $MUSA said it repurchased about 3.4MM common shares for $150MM at an avg. prices of $62.50 per share.
