$ESRX said its 2015 prescription drug spending growth rate was 5.2%, roughly half of 2014, helped by greater client adoption of its solutions and specialized pharmacy care for patients. Total drug spending is forecast to rise 6-8% annually between 2016 and 2018. Specialty spending is forecast to grow about 17% annually over next 3 years.
