Storage services firm $IRM said it has agreed in principle to acquire the information management operations of Santa Fe Group in 10 regions of both Europe and Asia for about $30.2MM. As part of the deal, $IRM will acquire one facility in Indonesia and assume leases for 20 facilities in other locations. The deal is expected to close later in 2016.
