In Oct. 2015, $PPL's subsidiary PPL Capital Funding (PCF) established a commercial paper program for up to $600MM providing an additional financing source to fund its short-term liquidity needs. Commercial paper issuances will be supported by PCF's Syndicated Credit Facilities. $PPL guarantees PCF's payment obligations on commercial paper notes.
