$EW reported cash flow from operating activities of $107MM and CapEx of $28MM in 1Q16. At end 1Q16, company had cash, cash and equivalents, and short-term investments of about $950MM and total debt of $600MM. Average shares outstanding fell to $218MM in 1Q16, and company expects shares outstanding in 2016 to be $216-220MM.
