Oil and natural gas explorer and producer $EGN reported a wider 1Q16 loss due to lower revenue and higher asset impairments. Net loss widened to $203.12MM or $2.34 per share from $15.42MM or $0.21 per share last year. Total revenues dropped to $128.22MM from $221.86MM. Adjusted loss per share was $0.64 compared to EPS of $0.09 a year ago.
