Storage services company $IRM said it has acquired Lithuanian archiving firm Archyvu Sistemos, thus expanding its presence in The Baltics by adding 400 plus customers in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia. $IRM will manage the inventory of hardcopy records, and offer secure archiving and destruction services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
