For 2015, $AIV raised its pro forma FFO per share guidance to the range of $2.20-2.24 from $2.16-2.26 previously guided. The new guidance is based on conventional same-store NOI growth of 5.4-5.8% vs. 5-6% guided earlier. For 4Q15, $AIV expects pro forma FFO per share in the range of $0.56-0.60 on a conventional same-store NOI growth of 4-4.5%.

Great results from $TSLA, however the question remains if Tesla can continue to scale up to produce the cars in the quantity it promises. Model 3 numbers need to be in multiples of what they are producing right now. Wish them the best, will keep an eye as I am still not convinced that they can scale easily.
