As of Dec. 31, 2015, $FIS had cash and cash equivalents of $687.6MM and debt of $11.5Bil. Cash flow from operations dipped to $1.1Bil in 2015, mainly due to tax of $87.6MM relating to the sale of check warranty contracts and other assets in the gaming industry. $FIS's 2015 CapEx was $415.3MM and expects 2016 CapEx to be about 6% of revenue.
