In FY15, $HPQ recorded $1.6Bil of net income tax benefits related to items unique to the year. $HPQ also recorded $639MM of net tax benefits on restructuring, separation-related and other charges & a tax benefit of $47MM arising from retroactive R&D credit resulting from the Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014 that was signed into law in Dec. 2014.
