$TIF now sees 2016 EPS to decline by mid-single-digit percentage from 2015's adjusted EPS. $TIF sees 2Q16 EPS to decline by similar rate as occurred in 1Q. The forecast is based on: worldwide net sales declining by low-single-digit percentage, worldwide gross retail square footage increasing 2% and operating margin below last year's 19.7%.

Looks like Uber will be paying $20 million to settle a US Federal Trade Commission lawsuit. FTC accused Uber of false and misleading claims about driver pay and stuff. Uber however neither denied nor admitted and will just be paying the $20 million.
