$KIM, which competes with $SPG, $CBL and $WRI, said that its full-year 2015 adjusted FFO per share came in at $1.46, achieving the high-end of the revised guidance range and $0.06 above last year's result of $1.45, a 4.3% increase. Headline FFO per share was $0.35 for 4Q15 in line with First Call Consensus estimates.
